User content is uploaded by individuals, and monixx.xyz does not review or verify content.

If you believe your copyright or trademark rights are infringed, you may request removal.

1. How to Submit a Removal Request

Subject: DMCA Takedown Request

Include:

• your name and contact info
• a description of the infringing content
• the exact URL(s) where it appears
• proof of ownership or authority
• a statement that your notice is accurate

Incomplete requests may not be processed.

2. What Happens After a Request

Upon receiving a valid notice:

• we will remove or disable access to the content
• optionally notify the user
• record the claim for legal compliance

We may reject abusive or fraudulent claims.

3. Counter-Notification (if applicable)

A user who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice with:

• identification of removed content
• a statement of good-faith belief
• consent to jurisdiction

If valid, we may restore the content unless legal action is taken.

4. Repeat Violators

Users repeatedly violating intellectual property laws may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

5. No Duty to Monitor

monixx.xyz does not proactively moderate, monitor, or review user content.

We act only upon valid legal notices.
