If you use monixx.xyz on behalf of a business, you confirm you have permission to bind that business to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or share on monixx.xyz ("User Content"). This includes, without limitation:

  • images
  • external links
  • product details
  • third-party marketplace links (Taobao, Weidian, etc.)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or authenticity of any User Content.

3.2. No Endorsement

monixx.xyz does not endorse, verify, or approve any User Content.

All content is provided by users and displayed "as-is."

3.3. License You Grant Us

By posting User Content, you grant monixx.xyz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

3.4. Prohibited Content

Users may NOT upload or share:

  • counterfeit goods or replicas
  • trademark-infringing content
  • copyrighted content without permission
  • deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal products
  • unsafe or harmful materials
  • content violating any law or third-party rights
  • spam or malicious links
  • malware, scripts, or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content at our discretion or upon valid notice.

3.5. External Links

User Content may link to third-party websites or marketplaces.

We are not responsible for:

  • products sold externally
  • disputes with sellers
  • the legality or authenticity of items linked
  • external website content

3.6. Content Removal

We may remove User Content:

  • upon receiving a valid DMCA or legal request
  • if it violates these Terms
  • if it poses risk to our platform or users

We are not required to proactively monitor User Content.

4. Platform Rules

You agree to:

  • not harm or disrupt the Platform
  • not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our system
  • not impersonate others
  • not upload malicious content

5. Intellectual Property

monixx.xyz owns:

  • platform code
  • branding
  • UI/UX
  • logos and design elements

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us the limited license described above.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

  • safety
  • legality
  • performance
  • continuous uptime
  • user content

Use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, monixx.xyz is not liable for:

  • user content
  • counterfeit or infringing materials uploaded by users
  • external marketplace purchases
  • lost profits or data
  • platform downtime
  • misuse of the Platform

Our total liability will never exceed $50 CAD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of China.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
